How to buy a tour

 You liked our offer.  What's next?

 1. Find the Tour you liked in the store.

 2. Click the "Reserve" button (or go to the product page and click the "Reserve" button).

 3. Click the "Reservation Basket" button (located at the top of the store, on the right).

 4. Click the "Checkout" button.

 5. On the page "Checkout" fill in:

   1) data - name, surname, e-mail, phone number, password.

   2) address (if the delivery address matches the actual address, check the box).

   3) check the box "I have read the Privacy Policy and agree to the terms."

 6. Review your shopping cart.  Add the number of tours if necessary.

 7. Check the box "I have read the Privacy Policy and agree to the terms of security and processing of personal data."

 8. Press the button "Order confirmation", "Confirm order".

9. After confirming the order, you are taken to the information page of the store, where it is reported that "Your order was successfully processed!"  and your order has been received. 

10. Managers will check the details of the order and contact you as soon as possible. 

11.  After clarifying all the details of the tour, we will send you a request for payment of 25% of the tour cost.

12.  After we receive payment, the tour is considered reserved.

 *Reservation - free of charge.

 *The remaining amount is paid by you on the first day of the tour.

 *We guarantee a refund of 100% of the prepayment in case of cancellation of the tour no later than 14 days before the start of the tour.

 *If the cancellation of the tour occurs less than 14 days before the start of the tour, the prepayment is not refundable.
